MaxuTerminal is a professional trading terminal platform available at maxuterminal.com. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
- Account data — your email address and encrypted password
- Trading journal — trade entries, P&L figures, notes and screenshots you log
- Watchlist data — the stock tickers you add
- Planner data — weekly tasks and journal entries
- Preferences — balance settings and theme choice
We do NOT collect: payment info, credit cards, government IDs, real trading account credentials or financial account numbers.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- To provide and maintain your personal trading terminal
- To save and sync your journal, watchlist and planner
- To allow you to sign in and access your dashboard
- To respond to support requests
We do NOT: sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, use it for advertising, or allow other users to see your personal trading data.
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- Row Level Security — you can only access your own data
- Encrypted passwords — we never store plain text passwords
- Login rate limiting — brute force attacks are blocked
- Session timeouts — inactive sessions are automatically ended
5. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Netlify — website hosting
- Finnhub — market data (only ticker symbols sent, no personal data)
- TradingView — embedded charting widget
6. YOUR GDPR RIGHTS
- Right to access — request a copy of all data we hold
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data via account settings
- Right to erasure — delete your account and all data anytime via Account Settings
- Right to portability — export your journal as CSV anytime
- Right to object — object to how we use your data
7. COOKIES
We only use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising, tracking or third party analytics cookies.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
MaxuTerminal is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
